- All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustration. Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to display settings or product updates.
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order confirmation email is the final price.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, and limit quantities.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility. Payment is processed at order time via our supported payment methods (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer for B2B). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery times, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. HERONGCORE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Conditions and exclusions are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Warranty
All HERONGCORE products come with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or loss/theft. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, code, and software — is the property of HERONGCORE or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. - Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the competent courts located at our registered office for any disputes not resolved informally.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (e.g., the right to bring an action in your local courts).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms other users, or is otherwise harmful to our business.
